A. Booking / Reservation
Once you have decided on your hotel/resort and services required please :
- Complete the Booking/Reservation form provided and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Make sure you send us your e-mail address. You will get a reply within 24 hours.
- We would like to advise you to use the name as appeared is your passport to avoid possible complications.
There are 2 payment systems :
1.) Payment on arrival or upon departure by cash or credit card.
- You may pay directly to hotels on checking in or upon check out.
- A deposit may be required during the high or peak season. Deposits are refundable only if you cancel your booking before the specified deadlines.
- Major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex are acceptable.
- Advance payment are usually not required unless specified. Refunds are applicable only if you cancel your booking before the specified deadlines.
2.) Prepayment upon booking
Prepayment is neccessary and can be made by :
- (a). Credit card Payment
Payment by credit card can be made either by :
- ( i ) Secure credit card on-line payment system :
- eHOTELBOOKING 's on-line payment system is absolutely safe and is guaranteed by the Kasikorn Bank using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
- All credit card information are transmitted to the bank's data transmission system and confidentiality is guaranteed by the Thai Farmers Bank.
- eHOTELBOOKING will not record any credit card data. Hence, guaranteeing no misuse of your credit card.
- Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are acceptable through this system.
- ( ii ) Credit Card Payment Form :
- Payment by credit card payment form is also acceptable.
- Please complete the form, print it and sign on the space provided.
- Please fax the completed form to us at (66 2) 325-0926.
- Besides Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Amex is also acceptable using this form.

- As soon as payment is received a Hotel Voucher will be sent to you by e-mail.
- It is advisable but not compulsory to print out the Hotel Voucher for verification on check-in.
- We would like to advise that the name on the voucher should be the same as appeared in your passport which is needed for check-in.

C. Cancellation & Changes in Bookings
Cancellation of bookings must be sent by fax only to 6602 325 0926.
Changes in bookings must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or by fax to 6602 325 0926.
Please never send cancellation or booking changes instructions to hotels.
Phuketresort.com will confirm your cancellation or booking changes by e-mail once the process is completed.
DEADLINES, CHARGES, TERMS &
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION & CHANGES IN BOOKING
- No charge for changes in booking or cancellation order received by Phuketresort.com at least 15 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays).
- A charge of 5 % on the total amount charged will be applied for changes in booking or cancellation orders received by Phuketresort.com at least 7 clear working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
- A charge of 5 % on the total amount plus the cost of the first room-night for each room booked is applied for changes in booking cancellations made less than 7 clear working days in advance(excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).
